SET THINGS UP LIKE THE SCREEN SHOTS (PE ONLY)
Notification Pulldown:
Go to Setting > Elite Settings > Interface > Status Bar and Pulldown Menu. Under "Notification Colors", change: No, Latest and Ongoing Titles to : #ffe88441. Then change: Item Title and Text, Item Progress Bar Text and Item Time to: #ffffffff.
Under "Status Bar Colors", change: Carrier PLMN Lable to: #ffe88441
Go back to the Interface menu and select "Notification power widget". Select Indicator color and set it to: #ff630a00
Lockscreen:
Go to Setting > Elite Settings > Interface > Lockscreen. Under "Change Lockscreen Text Colors", change: Carrier Text Color and Date/Status Color to: #ffe88441

APP INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
When you click the download link you will have the option of downloading the .apk file a .zip file. Selecting the .zip you would install the app as you do a theme (no wipe). However, installing this way put the app in the system/app directory and uses your internal memory.
I suggest you try downloading the .apk file and installing via the App Manager using Astro or a similar file manager. Be sure under setting > applications "Unknown sources" IS checked.
